Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care. The private practice advances musculoskeletal care by placing physical therapists at the front of care, with diagnostic imaging available in many clinics to support faster, more accurate treatment. The role offers autonomy, a manageable caseload, and opportunities for professional growth. The therapist treats a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated one-to-one patient time. Top performers average 11–12 patients per day; double-booking is used only when appropriate and when it does not affect care. Therapists develop plans of care that match their clinical style and collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners to provide consistent, patient-first care. Total potential income, including base pay and revenue sharing, is $85,000–$105,000 per year. Base pay is $80,000–$85,000, with student loan repayment of $5,250 per year. The employer offers a Director Pathway and clinic leadership training, as well as a diagnostic imaging pathway and support for specialty certification such as OCS. The position has no weekend work and offers a sustainable caseload. The interview process consists of an online application, virtual recruiter interview, virtual regional director interview, and virtual or in-person clinic director interview.
