Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Orthopedics

Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners•Kuna, ID
•$80,000 - $105,000

About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic role at its Kuna location. The private practice advances musculoskeletal care by placing physical therapists at the front of care, with diagnostic imaging available in many clinics to support faster, more accurate treatment. The role offers clinical autonomy, a manageable caseload, and opportunities for professional and leadership growth. The position treats a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated one-to-one patient time. Top performers average 11–12 patients per day; double-booking is used only when appropriate and when it does not affect care. Physical therapists develop plans of care that fit their clinical approach and collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners to support consistent, patient-first outcomes. Compensation includes a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 per year, with total potential income of $85,000–$105,000 per year including revenue sharing. Student loan repayment is $5,250 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with a 3% match; 22–27 days of PTO; continuing education support; gym incentives; board certification reimbursement; and diagnostic imaging certification support. The employer also describes an AI-driven, HIPAA-compliant EMR intended to reduce documentation time, a Director Pathway and clinic leadership training, and clinical advancement options including a diagnostic imaging pathway and specialty certification support such as OCS. The role does not require weekend work.
