About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic private practice in South Weber, Utah. The practice focuses on musculoskeletal care, with physical therapists at the front of care and diagnostic imaging available in many clinics to support faster, more accurate treatment. The position offers autonomy, a manageable caseload, and opportunities for clinical and leadership growth. Therapists treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated one-to-one patient time. Top performers average 11–12 patients per day; double-booking is used only when appropriate and when it does not affect care. Therapists develop plans of care that match their clinical style and collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners. The role offers a base salary of $77,000–$85,000, with total potential income of $85,000–$105,000 per year including revenue sharing. Student loan repayment is $5,250 per year. The employer describes an AI-driven, HIPAA-compliant EMR intended to reduce documentation time, a Director Pathway and clinic leadership training, and a diagnostic imaging pathway with support for specialty certification such as OCS. The position has no weekends and includes a sustainable caseload and substantial paid time off.
