About The Position
A respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Allendale, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. The role involves helping patients regain independence in a collaborative therapy department. New graduates and experienced professionals are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and an estimated rate of $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current New Jersey license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
