About The Position
A respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. The role involves helping patients improve strength, mobility, and functional independence in a supportive, collaborative therapy department. Applications are welcome from both new graduates and experienced professionals. The position is a direct hire and permanent placement, with an estimated rate of approximately $48–$53 per hour depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Minnesota license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
