About The Position
A full-time Occupational Therapist is sought for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent placement role scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay range is approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off and holidays, and continuing education support. Some positions may offer a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Minnesota license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ function and independence.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
