About The Position

A full-time Occupational Therapist position at a skilled nursing facility in Merced, California. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. New graduates and experienced occupational therapists are welcome. The role is a direct hire/permanent placement opportunity, with an estimated rate of approximately $60–$70 per hour depending on experience, setting, location, and status. • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
