About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Merced, California. The role involves joining a collaborative rehabilitation team and helping patients improve their function and regain independence. The facility offers support and tools for both new graduates and experienced professionals. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement position scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay range is approximately $55–$65 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
