About The Position

A full-time Occupational Therapist is sought for a permanent placement at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Longview, Washington. The facility provides high-quality rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. The role is open to new graduates as well as experienced occupational therapists and offers the opportunity to contribute to patients’ function, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Washington state license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
