About The Position
A respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Longview, Washington, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join its rehabilitation team. The facility offers support, mentorship, and resources for career growth in a warm, supportive team environment. New graduates are welcome. The COTA will work under occupational therapist supervision to help patients make progress toward their functional goals. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement, scheduled Monday through Friday. The estimated pay rate is $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Washington State license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on patient care.

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision.
- Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the occupational therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
- Support the rehabilitation team in achieving patient goals.
