About The Position
A respected skilled nursing facility in Lansing, Kansas, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its rehabilitation team. The facility offers a supportive team environment, mentorship, and resources for career growth. New graduates are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement position with a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated pay range is $34–$38 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status. Full-time positions include a complete benefits package.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current Kansas license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on patient care.

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision.
- Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the occupational therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
- Support the rehabilitation team in achieving patient goals.
