About The Position

A full-time Occupational Therapist is sought for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Allendale, New Jersey. The facility provides rehabilitation services and describes its therapy department as collaborative and supportive. New graduates and experienced occupational therapists are welcome. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement opportunity, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated pay range is $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location. The role includes evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, and supervising and guiding COTAs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current New Jersey occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.

• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
