Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) – Allendale, NJ
About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Allendale, New Jersey. The facility is described as respected and patient-focused, with a collaborative therapy department, supportive rehabilitation team, modern equipment, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome. The role is a direct hire/permanent placement and follows a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is approximately $30–$38 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current New Jersey license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- New graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
