About The Position

A full-time Occupational Therapist is sought for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. The facility is described as a respected provider of high-quality rehabilitation services with a collaborative therapy department. It offers support and tools to help occupational therapists succeed, including new graduates. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement opportunity, with an estimated rate of $45–$55 per hour depending on experience, setting, and location. The schedule is Monday through Friday.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops and delivers individualized treatment plans, documents progress, and adjusts treatment as needed. The role also includes educating patients, families, and caregivers; collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team; and supervising and guiding Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Missouri license or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for improving patients’ quality of life.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
