About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist is sought for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Sterling, Colorado. The role is a direct-hire, permanent placement on a collaborative rehabilitation team providing high-quality rehab services. New graduates and experienced professionals are welcome. The position offers an estimated rate of approximately $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, and location, along with benefits and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Colorado license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Physical Therapist; however, new graduates are also welcome.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
