About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Scotland County. The role includes structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists to help new graduates transition from classroom learning to independent practice. Physical therapists help patients improve mobility, independence, and safety while remaining in their homes. The position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, manageable territories, clinical education, and support from an interdisciplinary team. Base pay, depending on qualifications and status and subject to negotiation, is $60.00–$68.00 per point, with annual earning potential of $93,600–$106,080. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
