About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a new graduate Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes in Greenville, North Carolina. The role includes structured new graduate orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists to help the clinician transition from training to independent practice. Home health care offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and support patients’ safety and independence at home. The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and manageable territories to minimize travel. The clinician will work with a supportive interdisciplinary team and have access to clinical education and professional development opportunities. Compensation is $60.00–$68.00 per point, with stated annual earning potential of $93,600–$106,080, depending on qualifications and status and subject to negotiation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
