About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists for its Salisbury Visits Office. The role provides one-on-one physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. New graduates receive structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists and clinical managers to support the transition from school to independent practice. The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, manageable territories, and opportunities for clinical education and professional development.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
