New Grad Physical Therapist- Home Health Visits
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes in Baltimore County. The role includes structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists and clinical managers to support the transition from school to independent practice. Home health care offers the opportunity to build patient relationships and help people remain safe and independent at home. The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, manageable territories, clinical education, and an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
