About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Roxboro, North Carolina. The role supports a transition from graduate education to independent practice through structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists. Care is delivered one-on-one in patients’ homes, allowing therapists to build patient relationships and help people remain safe and independent at home.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients’ functional status and mobility.
Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients’ homes.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
