About The Position

Integrity Home Care + Hospice is hiring a new graduate Physical Therapist for home health care in Joplin, Missouri. The role provides one-on-one physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, helping them remain safe and independent. New graduates receive a structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists and clinical managers as they transition toward independent practice.

The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, manageable territories, clinical education and development opportunities, and support from an interdisciplinary team. A $30,000 retention bonus is available for full-time employees.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients’ functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients’ homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
