About The Position

Integrity Home Care + Hospice is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Springfield, Missouri. The role offers a structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and experienced PT mentorship to help new graduates transition from classroom learning to independent practice. Physical therapists treat patients in their homes, helping them improve mobility, independence, and safety. A $30,000 retention bonus is available for full-time employees.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
