About The Position
Integrity Home Care + Hospice is hiring new graduate Occupational Therapists to provide one-on-one home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Springfield, Missouri. The role offers a structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced occupational therapists and clinical managers to help new graduates transition toward independent practice. Home health clinicians treat patients in their homes and help them maintain safety and independence. The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, manageable travel territories, continuing education opportunities, and support from an interdisciplinary team. A $30,000 retention bonus is available for full-time employees.
Requirements
- Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
