New Grad Physical Therapist- Home Health Visits
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Greenville, North Carolina. The role is designed to help new graduates transition from their Doctor of Physical Therapy education to independent practice through structured orientation, clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists and clinical managers. Physical Therapists evaluate patients’ functional status and mobility, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapeutic interventions in patients’ homes. They also educate patients, families, and caregivers, coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, and complete electronic documentation. The position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, manageable territories, mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
