About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists for its Salisbury Visits Office. The role provides one-on-one care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, helping them maintain safety, mobility, and independence. New clinicians receive structured orientation, dedicated clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists and clinical managers to support their transition to independent practice. Home health clinicians treat one patient at a time and build ongoing relationships with patients. The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, manageable territories, clinical education and continuing development opportunities, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
