About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a new graduate Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home health care to adult and geriatric clients in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role includes structured orientation, clinical support, and mentorship from experienced physical therapists and clinical managers to help new graduates transition to independent practice. Physical therapists help patients improve their independence and safety while remaining in their homes, with scheduling flexibility and autonomy, manageable territories, and an interdisciplinary team. Compensation is $60.00–$68.00 per point, with a stated annual earning potential of $93,600–$106,080, depending on qualifications, status, and negotiation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of patient care.
