Physical Therapist (NEW GRAD MENTOR PROGRAM) - Ossining, NY
About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in Ossining, New York, with a program designed for newly graduated professionals. The Emerging Professionals Mentor Program provides a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to support new clinicians as they build confidence and develop into well-rounded professionals. Prior in-home or home health experience is not required. FOX provides outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes, with clinician flexibility and autonomy and a focus on individualized, one-to-one care. The typical caseload is 6–8 patients per day, with 60-minute sessions and no double-booking. Clinicians set their own schedules; nights and weekends are not required. Opportunities are available to earn additional income by treating more patients or through colleague referral bonuses. The position is part of a mission-driven organization focused on care for older adults. The listed New York base pay range for full-time roles is $75,000–$115,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex (PRN) compensation is prorated.
Requirements
- Be a licensed or soon-to-be-licensed Physical Therapist; the posting specifies licensure in PA despite listing the position in Ossining, NY.
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Hold current CPR certification.
- Demonstrate exceptional patient service, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
