Physical Therapist (NEW GRAD MENTOR PROGRAM) - White Plains, NY
About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in White Plains, New York, through its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed for newly graduated professionals. The role offers a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to support the development of confident, well-rounded clinicians. No prior in-home or home health experience is required. FOX provides outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes, with flexible scheduling and clinician autonomy. Physical therapists deliver individualized, one-to-one care in 60-minute sessions, with no double-booking and an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day. The position does not require nights or weekends. Clinicians may supplement their income by treating additional patients, and referral bonuses are available. The standard base pay range for a full-time role in New York is $75,000–$115,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex (PRN) roles are prorated. Requirements
- Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist; the posting states licensure in PA.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and desire to develop professionally.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
- Basic computer literacy.
Responsibilities
