Physical Therapist (NEW GRAD MENTOR PORGRAM) - Brookfield, CT
About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Brookfield and Danbury, Connecticut. The program is designed for newly graduated professionals and offers a dedicated mentor, hands-on training, and support to help clinicians develop into confident, well-rounded practitioners. No prior in-home or home health experience is required. FOX provides outpatient services in patients’ homes, emphasizing clinician flexibility and autonomy and one-to-one patient care. Physical Therapists typically see an average of 6–8 patients per day and provide individualized 60-minute sessions without double-booking. Clinicians set their own schedules, with no nights or weekends required. Additional income may be available by treating additional patients, and referral bonuses may be earned for referring a classmate or colleague. The Connecticut standard base pay range for a full-time role is $70,000–$120,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex (PRN) compensation is prorated. Requirements
- Be a licensed or soon-to-be-licensed Physical Therapist; the posting specifies licensure in PA.
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Hold current CPR certification.
- Demonstrate exceptional patient service, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
- Have a desire to develop professionally.
- Have a passion for patient-centered care.
- Have basic computer literacy.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes.
- Deliver individualized, one-to-one patient care in 60-minute sessions without double-booking.
- Manage an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
