About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in the Greater Midland, Michigan area through its Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed for newly graduated professionals. The program provides a dedicated mentor and hands-on training to help clinicians develop into confident, well-rounded practitioners. No prior in-home or home health experience is required.

Physical Therapists provide outpatient care to older adults in a home setting, with an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day. Care is delivered one-on-one in 60-minute sessions, without double-booking. Clinicians set their own schedules, with no nights or weekends required. Opportunities to treat additional patients or refer colleagues may provide additional income or referral bonuses.

Requirements

• Be licensed or soon to be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
• Have a desire to develop professionally and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Have basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered outpatient physical therapy to older adults in a home setting.
• Deliver individualized, one-on-one care in 60-minute sessions.
• Manage an average caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Develop professionally through the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program and hands-on training.
• Optionally treat additional patients or refer a classmate or colleague for additional income or referral bonuses.
