About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in Norwalk, Connecticut, with an Emerging Professionals Mentor Program designed for newly graduated professionals. The role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and independence while providing outpatient care to older adults in a home setting. No prior in-home or home-health experience is required. Clinicians typically see 6–8 patients per day and provide individualized, one-to-one care in 60-minute sessions without double-booking. The clinician sets their own schedule, with no nights or weekends required. Additional income may be available by treating additional patients, and referral bonuses are offered. The standard base pay range for a full-time role in Connecticut is $70,000–$120,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex (PRN) compensation is prorated.

Requirements

• Licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and a desire to develop professionally.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to older adults in a home setting.
• Deliver individualized, one-to-one patient care in 60-minute sessions.
• Manage a typical caseload averaging 6–8 patients per day.
• Participate in mentorship and hands-on training to develop as a clinician.
• Set a flexible work schedule; nights and weekends are not required.
