About The Position

KORT Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist. Requirements

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy school.
If already practicing, outpatient experience within the last five years; if a current student, an outpatient clinical rotation.
Valid state Physical Therapist license.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
