About The Position

KORT Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist in New Albany, Indiana. The role offers a choice of clinical focus areas, including orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehabilitation, and pelvic health. Clinicians see approximately 10–12 patients per day during an eight-hour day, with one-hour visits. The position includes monthly Clinical Excellence Academy labs and lectures, continuing education opportunities, specialty certification and residency tracks, and salary increases for board certifications. Compensation is $72,000–$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience; potential sign-on bonuses of $10,000–$20,000 and an ongoing student loan repayment program of $350 per month are also offered. Requirements

Graduate from a Physical Therapy school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
If currently practicing, have outpatient experience within the last five years.
If currently a student, have completed an outpatient clinical rotation.
Hold a valid state Physical Therapist license.
Hold CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their care, and document treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
