About The Position

KORT Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist at its New Albany, Indiana center. The position offers a customizable caseload across specialties including orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehabilitation, and pelvic health. Clinicians see 10–12 patients per day during an eight-hour day, with one-hour visits. The role includes monthly Clinical Excellence Academy labs and lectures, unlimited continuing education options, advanced training and mentorship, and certification or residency tracks in areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, and hand therapy. Board certifications may qualify for salary increases. Compensation is $72,000–$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Potential sign-on bonuses range from $10,000–$20,000, and the company offers an indefinite student loan repayment program of $350 per month and matching traditional and Roth 401(k) plans. Benefits include PTO starting at 18 paid days per year plus six holidays, medical/RX, health, vision and dental plan offerings, life insurance, disability protection, and a clinical advancement program with bonus incentives. Requirements

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy school.
If already practicing as a clinician, have outpatient experience within the last five years.
If currently a student, have completed an outpatient clinical rotation.
Hold a valid state Physical Therapist license.
Hold CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
