About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist to provide home healthcare to patients of all ages in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. This is an independent-contractor role within an app-based referral network, with no minimum patient requirement. Clinicians choose their schedules and preferred coverage areas, determine the number of patients they treat, and develop the plan of care. The network provides administrative support for assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance. Clinicians observe, record, and report patients’ responses to treatment and changes in condition, and use the Cliniconnects app to accept or decline referrals. Documentation is completed through the company’s electronic medical record system.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapist license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy; conditional, provisional, restricted licenses, and limited permits are not accepted.
• Complete an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Have reliable personal transportation.
• Have a smartphone.
• Have the ability and enthusiasm to work with patients of all ages.
