Korean Speaking Physical Therapist (PT) for Home Health
About The Position
FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Physical Therapist to provide quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in North Hills and surrounding areas. The position involves working as an independent contractor and delivering one-on-one treatment. The therapist observes, records, and reports patients’ responses to treatment and changes in their conditions, and determines the plan of care. Clinicians control their schedules and preferred coverage areas, with no minimum patient requirement. Compensation is based on per-visit rates and the number of patients treated. FeldCare Connects provides administrative support with assignments, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance. Clinicians use the Cliniconnects app to accept or decline patient referrals and an electronic medical record system for documentation. FeldCare Connects connects clinicians with patients through home health agencies and hospices across California, Arizona, Texas, and Florida.
Requirements
- Current, active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license issued by a state board of Physical Therapy; conditional, provisional, restricted licenses, and limited permits are not accepted.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Ability and enthusiasm to work with patients of all ages.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Smartphone.
