About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead its new outpatient orthopedic clinic in Clarksville, Tennessee, scheduled to open in Spring 2027. The Clinic Director will help establish the clinic from the ground up while continuing to provide direct patient care. The role shapes clinic operations, develops clinicians, builds community relationships, and fosters a positive culture focused on patient outcomes. The outpatient practice is designed to address needs including orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and occupational rehabilitation. The Clinic Director will help establish a foundation for long-term success and grow the clinic's presence in the Clarksville community. A pathway to clinic ownership through an equity partnership is available, supported by Upstream's infrastructure and resources.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.
Passion for developing others.
Experienced, licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care.
Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Oversee clinic operations, including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
Continue developing leadership and clinical skills through Upstream professional development programs.
Help build and establish the new clinic and its presence in the Clarksville community.
