Physical Therapist Clinic Director – Outpatient Orthopedics New Clinic Growth Opportunity Clarksville, TN Build and Lead a New Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic! At Results Physiotherapy with Ascension Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, you can advance your leadership career while continuing to make a meaningful impact through exceptional patient care. We're seeking an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director for our new Clarksville, TN clinic opening in Spring 2027. This is a unique opportunity to help build a clinic from the ground up while maintaining an active clinical role. As Clinic Director, you'll shape clinic operations, mentor and develop clinicians, build community relationships, and foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes. Our outpatient orthopedic practice is designed to support a wide range of patient needs, including orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and occupational rehabilitation. As the Clinic Director, you'll have the opportunity to establish the foundation for long-term success while helping grow the clinic's presence throughout the Clarksville community. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
Passion for developing others required

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling
Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs
