About The Position

Saco Bay PT is seeking a driven, passionate Center Manager to lead its outpatient orthopaedic and sports physical therapy clinic in Glen, New Hampshire. The role is responsible for leading daily clinic operations, delivering an exceptional patient experience, building relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners, and growing the clinic through community engagement and outreach. The Clinic Director will manage the center, support its team, monitor performance, and implement continuous-improvement strategies while helping patients return to athletics, work, and daily activities.

The position includes opportunities for leadership development, professional growth, continuing education, and career advancement. Compensation is $85,000 to $110,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and student debt repayment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
• CPR certification.
• Passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure an outstanding patient experience.
• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners.
• Partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers through the local community network to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Drive clinic growth through community engagement and outreach.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities.
