About The Position

Kessler Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Center Manager for its Hawthorne location. This role provides daily management and supervision of services at an outpatient center, while supporting patient treatment, staff development, team dynamics, and efficient facility operations. The Center Manager also participates in organizational and community activities to help grow the business and is responsible for the center’s staff and financial management. The position communicates regularly with the Regional Director about clinical and operational performance.

The role is scheduled for 40 hours per week and pays $90,000–$110,000 annually, depending on years of experience. An annual bonus plan and Student Debt Benefit Program are listed as incentives. Requirements

• Successful completion of educational requirements mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a Physical Therapy license.
• Current and valid New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least three years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
