About The Position

NovaCare is seeking a treating Physical Therapist to lead its outpatient orthopedic center in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania. The Center Manager oversees the center and its outpatient orthopedic therapy team, while providing preventative and rehabilitation services that maximize patient functionality and promote well-being. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient experiences and growing the clinic. The location has one physical therapy center with front-desk staff and a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Compensation starts at $90,000 per year and increases based on experience. Eligible full-time employees receive $350 per month in student loan assistance for the duration of their employment. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
• CPR certification.
• At least one year of recent outpatient orthopedic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
• Use the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Provide preventative and rehabilitative outpatient orthopedic therapy services.
