About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed physical therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. This treating Center Manager role involves providing patient care while overseeing the center’s team, which includes two physical therapists and front-desk staff. The center serves a diverse patient population, from pediatric to geriatric patients, and provides preventative and rehabilitation services to maximize functionality and promote well-being. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The stated annual salary range is $85,000–$110,000, based on experience. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in student loan assistance. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist License required to start.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use local community networks to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and oversee the therapy team.
