Physical Therapist Center Manager
About The Position
Kessler Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Center Manager in Hawthorne. The role combines physical therapy practice with daily management and supervision of an outpatient center. The manager supports patient treatment and staff development, facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility operations, and contributes to business growth through involvement in the organization and community. The position is responsible for staff and financial management, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing ongoing clinical and operational updates to the Regional Director. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week and pays $90,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience. Incentives include a Student Debt Benefit Program and an annual bonus plan. Requirements
- Successfully complete the educational requirements mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
- Hold current and valid New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily management and supervision of services at the assigned center.
- Use a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development.
- Facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions.
- Participate in the organization and community to help grow the business.
- Manage outpatient center staff and finances, and identify key indicators and factors that influence them.
- Communicate regularly with the Regional Director and provide clinical and operational performance updates.
