About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is hiring a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to provide bedside wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, typically visiting 2–3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20–30 patients daily. This is a mobile practice covering facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The practice offers full-time and part-time schedules. Full-time physicians work 4–5 days per week; part-time physicians work at least 3 days per week. The stated full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are no night, call, or weekend clinical responsibilities.
