About The Position

Dolan Auto Group is seeking an energetic Phone Service Concierge to join its Business Development Call Center at Toyota in Reno, Nevada. The role helps customers schedule vehicle service appointments and supports customer communication through phone calls, emails, and internet leads. It is part of a fast-paced, collaborative workplace with opportunities for growth and advancement. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees after 90 days. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming service calls, emails, and internet leads.
Help customers schedule service appointments.
Update guest information in company systems.
Maintain knowledge of potential vehicle services that customers may need.
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
Answer customer questions and understand potential services they may need.
Make outbound calls to confirm service appointments.
Follow up with customers.
