About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming sales calls, emails, and internet leads.
Help customers find a suitable time to view the inventory.
Follow up with prospective clients over the long term.
Set appointments with the sales team.
Update guest information in company systems.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the vehicles available.
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
Assist guests with completing purchases online.
