About The Position

Dolan Auto Group is seeking a Certified Technician to perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards. The technician diagnoses and resolves automotive problems swiftly and accurately and works with Service personnel and management to support customer satisfaction. The role includes routine maintenance, diagnostics, and light- and heavy-duty repairs. This position has been identified as affecting public safety under Nevada Assembly Bill 132; candidates offered employment must complete a pre-employment controlled-substance screening.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Team-oriented approach with a focus on exemplary customer service.
Must submit to a pre-employment controlled-substance screening if offered employment.

Responsibilities

Perform brake pad and rotor replacements, minor repairs, parts replacement, tune-ups, and spark plug replacement.
Replace transmission, brake, power steering, and rear differential fluids.
Diagnose automotive issues, including check-engine lights and noises during vehicle operation.
Perform light-duty and heavy-duty repairs, including engine diagnostics and repair.
Work with Service personnel and management to help ensure customer satisfaction.
