About The Position

Dolan Auto Group is hiring a Certified Technician at its Dodge location in Reno, Nevada. The technician performs automotive repairs and service according to store and factory standards, and diagnoses and resolves automotive problems swiftly and accurately. The role works with Service personnel and management to support customer satisfaction. The position is full-time, and the salary range is undisclosed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
FCA and Manufacturer Level 3 Master certification required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

Diagnose customer concerns and problems.
Perform multi-point inspections on every car.
Perform maintenance and repairs on customer cars.
Perform new car inspections (PDI).
Maintain a clean work station.
Install accessories.
Perform estimates.
Maintain manufacturer certifications.
Work on Windows-based programs.
