About The Position

Responsibilities

Answer incoming service calls, emails, and internet leads.
Help customers schedule service appointments.
Update guest information in company systems.
Maintain knowledge of potential vehicle servicing needs.
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
Answer customer questions and understand potential services they may need.
Make outbound calls to confirm service appointments.
Follow up with customers.
