About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team and provide direct patient care and wellness services. The role contributes to disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for acute and chronic conditions.

Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and serves as pharmacist in charge. The position operates in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment and requires the ability to work a variety of schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Manage the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
• Contribute to disease state management, medication therapy optimization, and care for acute and chronic conditions.
